My circumstances changed a few months ago and I decided to stop delivering classes online. It was a tough decision!

I’m so grateful to all of the wonderful yogis that were part of our online community through such uncertain times. It was truly and honour and a privilege to be able to hold the space & support you through the practice of yoga.

There are over 700 recordings available to you to practice along to.

Even if you’ve never practiced online with me before, as long as you’re a yoga student of mine (whether a lot or a little) then you’re very welcome to access these sessions. Simply reach out to me for the password and I’ll glad share it with you.

I asked our community… What is the best thing about yoga online…

(straight from my clients!)

Not having to travel

Being able to decide at short notice whether you’re doing a class or not 🙂

I’m not self conscious at all so I can go into my own zone more ….close my eyes and go inward….. Also , if you let out a bit of wind it doesn’t matter 😜🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Can make more classes and also you can’t audibly hear me cry when we do loads of planks

it’s given me the opportunity to try other classes I wouldn’t have time to go to – and I’ve loved them, thank you!

Overall it feels far more convenient – I can plan the day/week around just turning up on my mat in the spare room xx

For me yin practice at home is nicer because it feels like my home is infused with the sense of peace. There’s a hush which remains and allows the inward calm to extend into the evening and later a beautiful sleep.

Not having to travel to class feels likes it’s more environmentally friendly too 🙂

Been able to practice any time of the day, the recordings works well for me x

I’m very glad to do Yoga during school close.

Agree with everyone else, especially the convenience. Another plus is choosing my own background music.

it’s in the comfort of your own home – especially for the evening Yin sessions as I can get straight into my pj’s and ‘keep hold’ of the relaxed atmosphere and feeling of the class/group. I don’t think I would have that if I had to drive home afterwards!

Yin has taught me to have an appreciation for using some of the space at home for being still in and not being busy all the time… and I’m very grateful for that lesson, learned during lockdown that gave me the opportunity to try Yin, which I don’t think I would have done if I’d had to go to the studio…

I love the fact I don’t disturb anyone if I need to try props and versions.

From being relaxed to staying relaxed. If it was in the studio I’d be coming out into the dark/cold and having to drive home. You undo all the goodness you’ve just done…..if that makes sense 🤣

For me having to drive home in the cold completely undid all the relaxation I did during the class! As much as I loved the studio classes I really enjoy doing yin at home as I feel like you can let go more?

I love how I hated yin at first but am now completely obsessed! 😂 I’d be lost without it.
