What’s happening and when…
A special online yoga practice with Zoe James-Guy.
This practice will involve a brief talk about how yoga can help our digestive system… we’ll then move through a yoga flow and into stillness with yin yoga. We’ll practice pranayama techniques that are known for helping the digestive system. We’ll end with a yoga nidra practice and guided relaxation.
Many of us overindulge on things that are not particularly good for us at Christmas. We’re only human, right?!
But a little bit of yoga can go a long way in making our digestive system work well.
Open to everyone including beginners.

It would be good to have the following equipment handy: Yoga mat, 2 x blankets or towels, yoga bolster or chunky pillow, cushion, strap, sandbag or something weighted like a heavy book, eye covering.
