What I’ll be teaching…
A fusion of Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga… we start the sessions fairly dynamically as we work through sun salutations and vary things up with a lovely creative vinyasa flow style practice… the session will end with pranayama, meditation & relaxation at the end.
Expect a challenging, strengthening, sweaty but enjoyable practice.
Who is it for…
Those with some experience – beginners are not able to join this practice. If you are in doubt please contact Zoe before booking.
