If you’ve been practicing our beginner classes, Ashtanga or Vinyasa Flow classes for a while, then this workshop is MUST.
During a normal yoga class there’s simply not enough time to break down this pose as thoroughly as is needed.
So we’ve devised this workshop to give you some tools to help build strength in all the right places to enable you to integrate this flowing set into your yoga practice.
Expect to be challenged, working the arms, shoulders. wrists, core, glutes, legs and even the feet… so much effort goes into making this pose look as effortless as Claire does!
Lead by Claire Lormor, this workshop will give you all the tools you need to prepare, strengthen and practice this pose so you can flow seamlessly and effortlessly through your vinyasa.
Please note: This class isn’t suitable if you are suffering from shoulder, wrist, elbow injuries or if you are brand new to yoga.

Yoga crept into Claire’s life when she was living in Vietnam, in the crazy and congested place that is Ho Chi Minh City. On moving to Canada she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training course end embarked on her new career.
Yoga started off as something she thought she should do, but now she knows it’s something she wants to do for the rest of her life.
Every time I practice, I feel balanced, happy, relaxed and energised, and at the end of my practice I realise this is amazing!
Claire didn’t always love yoga. In fact, she admits to hating it: the sweating, shaking, and comparing herself to others were just a few of the reasons why. But she persisted and continued to explore what yoga had to offer.
