Join Elaine on this introduction to warm yoga
This 2 hour workshop is a practical introduction into the benefits of a warm yoga class. Elaine will lead you through a steady yoga flow, deconstruct and rebuild the main poses and sequences. You’ll gain an understanding of how to look after yourself in a heated class as well as the incredible benefits of this practice.
Suitable for all levels but particularly aimed at those who fancy trying a hot yoga class but have not felt confident to join one yet.
By the end of the session, you’ll have an idea about whether warm yoga is for you and you’ll have confidence to join our regular classes.
