I’m running my next Yoga Retreat at the gorgeous Haybergill in Appleby.

Friday 10th February – Sunday 12th February

Haybergill, Appleby

Cost: £320 p/p based on twin sharing

(£50 deposit payable immediately / £270 payable on or before Wednesday 25th January)

It will be purely yoga (and yoga type things!)

Expect sunrise flows, relaxing & restorative yin, yoga nidra, soundbathing, chanting, exploring the local countryside, immersing yourself in nature, connecting with gorgeous yogis, eating delicious food, snuggling round the firepit in the Arctic Hut. There may even be some yoga with disco music & disco moves!

All activities are optional. You are welcome to take part in as much or as little as you like.

Welcome Circle is at 5pm on Friday 11th February, Closing Circle is 2pm Sunday 13th February.

Last time I ran a retreat at this venue it was incredible. We had so much healing, fun, laughter & lasting friendships were formed. It’s truly a little piece of paradise. And a winter retreat is probably perfect to reset, recharge & renew just in time for spring.
