Yoga + Hiking Retreat 2020

As well as up to 5 nourishing yoga sessions we have hired a guide to take us on a 5-6 hour hike to High Cup Nick.

Plus… enjoy delicious vegetarian home-cooked food, chats & laughter around the fire and a whole lot of feel good, nourishing time just for you.

Will you join me?

It’s open to everyone – no experience needed for the yoga, although the hike may be quite challenging so a decent level of fitness is required.

There will be laughter, hugs & chatter.

Vino is optional!!

Heal from the inside out.

A space to get away from it all and reconnect with yourself while exploring one of the most impressive natural formations in the north.

About the Hiking

Lead by a qualified mountain leader, this walk is graded ‘moderate’ and elevates by around 600 meters. It is one of the Northern Pennines classic walks with the goal being to reach the High Cup Nick waterfall and High Cup, one of Northern England’s geological wonders. High Cup is a classic U-shaped glaciated valley high on the western flanks of the North Pennines.
