I’m running my next Yoga & Hiking Retreat for the first time at Nab Cottage, Rydal Water, Lake District

I love the Lake District to much, and i personally attended a wonderful retreat there a few years ago and so I’m delighted to be running one myself in 2024.

Friday 27th September – Sunday 29th September 2024

Rydal Water, Lake District

A rough itinerary will include:

Friday evening relaxing yoga with meditation, chanting, yoga nidra
Saturday morning gentle yoga flow to warm up the body
Saturday challenging guided hike lead by our qualified mountain leader OR there are plenty of other walks nearby, or you can use the retreat as a purely relaxation weekend and hang out in the beautiful lodge
Saturday relaxation evening with yoga nidra & soundbath
Sunday morning gentle yoga flow, chanting & meditation
Sunday free time to enjoy gentle country walks, wild swimming, hot tub, sauna or just hanging out in the beautiful lodge before delicious lunch & closing circle

All activities are optional. You are welcome to take part in as much or as little as you like.

Welcome Circle is at 5pm on Friday 27th September, Closing Circle is 2pm Sunday 29th September.

Price & Accommodation…

Cost: £365 p/p based on one person in a single room, or two people sharing a twin room
(£25 non-refundable / non-transferrable deposit payable immediately to secure your place / Balance of £340 payable on or before 26th January)

Cost includes 2 nights accommodation, all vegetarian meals from arrival to departure, plus all yoga sessions and Qualified Mountain Leader.

Shared Twin Room / Ensuite – 5 available (10 people)
Shared Twin Room / Shared Bathroom – 2 available (4 people)

Please note: all rooms are the same price. Some have ensuite and some have a shared bathroom with another room. Ensuite rooms will be allocated to those who book the earliest.

If you are coming alone and wish to be allocated a twin room, I will pair you with someone else that is coming alone. I always find sharing a room a wonderful way to make a really close new friend.

If you wish to take a twin room to yourself there is quite a large supplement at this venue and the total cost will be £565. Please message me if you wish to take this option as there is limited availability.
