A Yoga & Meditation workshop to honour this important day
We are pleased to be supporting Mental Health Awareness Day 2019 by offering this special class.
The session is designed to give you some specific yoga & meditation tools that you can use at any time to help with your own mental health, or to share with others. We’ll discuss how yoga and meditation can help to bring the mind, hormones and entire being into a state of calm and peacefulness and you’ll get to experience this as you move through a gentle flow and experience the power of meditation.
This class is open to everyone – no experience is needed to take part.
