What’s happening and when…

A special extended yin yoga practice with Zoe James-Guy.

Join me as we slow down for summer…

In this practice we’ll slow down… let go of the busyness and enjoy a deeply nourishing and restorative yin yoga practice.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine it’s the Fire Element that is associated with summer… and so we’ll embrace the meridian lines connected to this element (heart, lung & intestines) and work with some beautiful, long-held poses to create some balance in our heart & lung energy centres.

We’ll finish the session with a guided meditation followed by a lovely long Savasana

And then chocolate!!

Open to everyone including beginners.
