Our 1.5 hour monthly pregnancy relaxation sessions bring together elements of yin and restorative yoga, yoga nidra, hypnosis and meditation. Designed to make you feel incredibly relaxed and have a brilliant night’s sleep.

Open to every pregnant woman at any stage of gestation.

These classes are free to anyone who has attended (or booked) the Sunderland Hypnobirthing two day course.
