If you’ve been attending our Ashtanga or Vinyasa Flow classes for a while, then this workshop is for you.
Hand balances bring a sense of grounding as well as variation and excitement to our practice; however, they require great strength and precision. We often don’t have the time to stop and practice hand balances during a class. So this workshop will lead you though the fundamentals of alignment within hand balances, ensuring you have the right information and enough play time to get you up on those hands.
Prepare to sweat and have a laugh!

Yoga crept into Claire’s life when she was living in Vietnam, in the crazy and congested place that is Ho Chi Minh City. On moving to Canada she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training course end embarked on her new career.
Yoga started off as something she thought she should do, but now she knows it’s something she wants to do for the rest of her life.
Every time I practice, I feel balanced, happy, relaxed and energised, and at the end of my practice I realise this is amazing!
Claire didn’t always love yoga. In fact, she admits to hating it: the sweating, shaking, and comparing herself to others were just a few of the reasons why. But she persisted and continued to explore what yoga had to offer.
