What’s happening and when…

A special extended yin yoga practice with Zoe James-Guy.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine the deep winter is associated with the Water Element… a time where the trees have shed their leaves and lay dormant and still… patiently waiting out the cold months. They take nutrients from their roots… deep down within their core, knowing Spring will come around once the winter is over and they will be able to bloom and grow again. Just like us… we must rest, gain nutrients & nourishment from deep within our core… knowing for sure, that Spring will once again come and we too will be able to bloom.

In this practice we’ll work with breath and enjoy long-held, specially selected yin yoga poses that connect us with our water element.

We’ll finish the session with a guided meditation followed by a lovely long Savasana

And then chocolate!!

Open to everyone including beginners.
