This workshop is aimed at those who have been coming to the beginner classes and feel ready to progress to something more challenging.

Dynamic yoga classes are slightly faster paced, move through carefully crafted sequences, will get you sweaty as well as strong and flexible.

This workshop will show you the basics of a ‘Vinyasa’ and how to build up and modify Chaturanga.

Not suitable for anyone with shoulder issues.

By the end of this workshop, you will feel confident to attend any dynamic vinyasa flow or ashtanga classes on the Blooming Bamboo timetable.
