What I’ll be teaching…
A fusion of all my old teaching styles along with the new… expect a truly embodied yoga experience… we’ll work with somatic movements, functional yoga, therapeutic yoga, traditional hatha poses, a little bit of flow and a lovely relaxation.
Who is it for…
Open to everyone, including absolute beginners. This fusion of styles means I can accommodate those who are completely new along with those who are more experienced.
