I’m Zoe… yoga teacher & certified breath coach.
I’m so excited to bring you my incredible programme, Breathe Yourself Calm.
I’ve been practicing yoga, breathwork & meditation for well over 20 years and this course brings together all my favourite breathing practices.
I launched this programme in 2020 and it’s been an incredible success. This is the first time I’m bringing it into the studio to teach it in person and I’m super excited that you’re thinking of joining me.

We start on Saturday 22nd January, 2pm for 4 weeks

What it is
The course will equip you with a number of breathing tools allowing you to change your hormonal, emotional, physical and energetic state in just a few breaths.
You’ll gain an insight into the anatomy & physiology of the breath, and experience breathing exercises to re-energise, to calm, to bring clarity & focus and to allow you to tap into this incredible toolkit of breathing practices any time you need them.
This course is designed in a way that gives you the perfect opportunity to create a new, positive daily habit which can be a stand alone practice or woven into your existing meditation practice.
How it’s structured
Each Saturday we’ll meet at the studio and work through a few breathing practices. You’ll be given the ‘how’ it works and then we’ll practice together.
You’ll be encouraged to practice some breathing exercises twice a day for the duration of the course, plus you’ll receive a Breathe Yourself Calm journal for you to record your experience.
At the start of each session you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences and ask questions.
Who is this course for?
This course has something for everyone who has the desire to understand and experience the power of the breath. Perhaps you’ve experienced breath at some level through yoga, mindfulness or meditation and want to delve deeper. Or perhaps you are brand new to breathwork but have heard about the profound benefits and want to find out more.
This course is for you if…
- You want to understand and take control of how the breath can affect every aspect of your life
- You are suffering from mild to moderate stress or anxiety as some of the practices directly help these issues
- You feel as though you don’t breathe properly or if your breath negatively effects aspects of your life such as sport, walking up stairs or playing with your kids
- You have trouble sleeping at night
- You want to take better ownership of your relationships with others, to yourself, and of your own overall health and wellbeing
- You want to start a daily breathing practice but either don’t know where to begin or find it hard to be disciplined to do it every day
This course is not for you if…
- You aren’t able to commit to the 4 weeks. As it’s a progressive course, you are taken on a journey where each session builds on the previous week
- You aren’t interested in breathwork and how it can transform your life
