Our pregnancy relaxation sessions bring together elements of yin and restorative yoga, yoga nidra, hypnosis and meditation. Designed to make you feel incredibly relaxed and have a brilliant night’s sleep.

Open to every pregnant woman at any stage of gestation.

What you’ll need…

  • A quiet place where you wont be disturbed
  • A big chunky pillow or two
  • A couple of blankets
  • An eye pillow (or facecloth / something to cover the eyes)
  • A yoga mat is good, but if you don’t have one you can always put a blanket down
