Learn all you need to know about breastfeeding your little one before he or she arrives.
 
You don’t know what you don’t know!
 
Come along and realise how much there is to understand about this topic which will serve you well during early motherhood.
 
 

Where, when & how much?

  • Saturday 21st September, 1-3pm
  • Blooming Bamboo, Seaham
  • £10*
  • Tea, coffee, biscuits will be provided during the break.
 

This is aimed at pregnant women (of any gestation) but those with newborns and babes in arms are also welcome.

*Dads, Partners & Grandparents can accompany the pregnant mother for free.

Booking is absolutely essential.

 

About Emma

Emma Hetherington is a Breastfeeding Peer Supporter and is currently tandem feeding her 3 year old and 9 month old. She will be answering any questions you might have and providing information on breastfeeding basics. This will include ways to help establish a positive breastfeeding relationship, the normal course of breastfeeding and where to go for support. Emma will also talk about how you can ensure you feel supported by your nearest and dearest in this special time.
